Siding Replacement
If your siding is falling apart in more than one spot, or it’s old and tired-looking all over, replacement is your answer. We take off everything and put up new material across the whole house. Older neighbourhoods like Newton and Guildford often have original wood or early vinyl that’s simply run its course.
One thing worth knowing: replacement projects in Surrey commonly need a building permit — a step people don’t always plan for.
